AS Planning is led by Director and Founder, Andrew Stubbings. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in both private and public town planning, including working in local government.
Andrew has established a strong network in the industry which has proven invaluable for client projects. Critical to this is his philosophy that strong, ongoing business relationships result in successful collaboration and great results. He also understands the importance of maintaining positive relationships and rapport with local councils, with an added appreciation for these relationships having worked for a number of years in local government himself. This is one of the reasons Andrew is consistently able to receive planning permits for his clients in a timely manner.

Andrew has a passion for helping clients achieve town planning approvals for their projects and prides himself on providing a no-nonsense service which clients really appreciate. Andrew is a solutions-based planner who will provide honest advice and not make unrealistic promises, but at the same time strives to bring client’s projects to life.
In his free time, Andrew loves nothing more than spending time with his family and unwinding in the countryside. He is also fond of making homemade table sauce and relish!
