We engaged (approached) Andrew for obtaining the planning permit for our knock down rebuild. We haven’t completed the process due to some hiccups in the neighbour’s building process. This is our first business venture and it was quite daunting having to deal with the council. We engaged Andrew to assist us with a new build on an empty block in well established zone in Frankston. We didn't realise that there was a protected tree overlay to the block as there was not one physically there! Anyone who knows Frankston Council knows it is a nightmare.. He worked through the false red tape and got the result we needed. Andrew is a miracle worker who goes the extra yards to provide a smooth and painless experience for you as he deals with the bureaucracy and gets the results. Can't recommend him enough.

Knock down rebuild is a complex, tedious and stressful process. Any service that can help diminish this pressure is gratifying. That is what we experienced with Andrew from AS Planning. We’ve worked with Andrew at AS planning for multiple projects now due to his consistent ability to provide timely quality support in gaining our planning permits. He has continued to prioritise our work at short notice and consistently goes above and beyond is when dealing with the local councils.

My husband and I are building our house and being first time builders we were trying many ways to save money were we could and the Town Planning application was one on our list.
I thought I could save myself a few thousand dollars but after further consideration and advice from our builder, I enlisted Andrew to assist us with the application. Boy are we so thankful that we made that decision as it was way over our heads and what could have saved us money in the start may have cost us more in the long run.
Andrew took over the process and kept us updated with the application. The permit was swiftly granted which I believe was because Andrew knew what process to follow, knowledge in his field and forms to complete and asked the right questions. I was lucky to have Andrew’s advice on two different subdivision projects. One project involved a pre-purchasing analysis… which had to be done urgently… In the end, he provided me with a short informative summary with a potential subdivision plan for before the auction. Because of his work and professional advice, then I was confident to attend the auction. The second project… is designed to have the property subdivided into a front and a back units. One of the key challenges was to have the carport for the front unit in front of the unit instead at the back of the unit, in order to maximise the space for the back unit… In the end, with the help from Andrew, I had successfully convinced the council to accept my new carport proposal. I was fortunate to come across Andrew when I found myself with a Planning problem, Council did not support my cafe application. I attempted to apply for the application with Council not knowing what I was doing. Andrew knew exactly what was required, arranged the external consultant reports and we resubmitted the application to Council, which was approved. We even did not receive one objection.
