What is a Planning Permit?
A planning permit is legal approval from your local Council that allows you to use or develop land in a certain way.
Permits are required under the Victorian Planning Provisions and each Council’s local planning scheme. The process can be complex: some applications are straightforward, while others involve public notice, external referrals, and detailed assessments. Skills & Qualifications
Andrew has a Bachelor of Applied Science – Planning. He is a strong communicator when it comes to community consultation, as well as engaging with project stakeholders and authority consultation.
Experience
Andrew has over 20 years of experience in both private and public town planning, including working in local government. He has extensive knowledge of Council processes.
